New platforms COO for IFDS

IFDS has hired Stephen Mohan as COO of its platform solutions business, assuming responsibility for all operational teams within platforms.
Mohan joins from Allfunds Bank, where he was head of the UK and Ireland. Before this, he was managing director of operational services at Cofunds, where he played a large role in growing the firm’s institutional business.
He will be based in the UK and report to CEO of platforms, Matthew Brown.
Brown said: “[Mohan’s] proven success within the fund platform industry will be crucial as we continue to expand our services and capabilities within the wealth management space.”
“His appointment adds significant experience to our platform leadership team and he will play a key part in developing our operational services.”
Mohan said: “My immediate focus is to ensure we deliver on existing key projects and continue to develop a market-leading operational proposition for the European fund platform industry.”
