Malcolm Macleod joins First Names Group

First Names Group has hired Malcolm Macleod as head of corporate services in the Channel Islands, expanding its corporate and institutional service offering.

Macleod will be developing the group’s business in real estate, capital markets and structured finance, and will be responsible for the corporate team in the Channel Islands.

He joins from Capita Asset Services, where he was head of corporate solutions in Jersey, overseeing administration services to clients globally.

Armin Kirchner, group managing director for corporate and institutional services, said: “I am delighted to welcome [Macleod] to the business. His appointment is yet another testimony that highlights our commitment to hiring the best people in the industry so we can deliver superior client service.”

Macleod added: “I’m excited to join a talented team which has already achieved fantastic results and has earned a very good reputation. I’m really looking forward to working with the team to continue the great level of client service and to shape our expansion in the corporate space.”
