Corporate and fund services provider Elian has hired Kathy Cheng a new associate director to oversee its fund services team in Hong Kong.
Cheng joins from Citibank, where she was head of a team of accountants. She has more than 10 years’ experience in auditing, banking and finance, and has worked as an auditor for a bank and four large accounting firms.
Graham Gurney, COO of Elian in Hong Kong, said: “[Cheng] is a highly motivated individual with a strong technical private equity fund accounting and operations background. I have every confidence that she will help grow Elian’s fund services team and reinforce Elian's position as a major player in the Hong Kong fund services sector.”
