Pacific Fund Systems (PFS) has appointed two new senior staff members to the executive team, based in the new operational headquarters in the Isle of Man.

Martin Heany has joined as senior business analyst and head of testing.

He has more than 25 years of experience in banking operation and fund administration, and joins from Abacus Financial Services Limited, where he was managing director.

In his new role, Heany will be responsible for testing and delivery of PFS product upgrades and improvements, particularly the PFS-PAXUS product.

Kelly Ashe has joined as sales and marketing manager, responsible for facilitating and enabling the efficient and successful delivery of the Pacific Fund Systems (PFS) marketing and business strategy plan.

She will focus on pursuing new business development targets, raising brand awareness, managing lead generation and bringing new clients on board.

Ashe brings core industry knowledge and experience in software sales, vendor marketing and business development. She will report to COO Paul Kneen.

Kneen said: “We are delighted that Kelly Ashe and Martin Heany have joined the PFS team. Kelly Ashe’s knowledge of both sales and marketing disciplines is particularly relevant to a B2B financial services software vendor such as PFS, and she will be instrumental in implementing our change of approach from passive to active marketing.”

“Martin Heany has extensive experience of both the industry that we operate in and the PFS-PAXUS application itself, and his contribution will be invaluable as we further strengthen our focus to actively market our world-class fund administration technology to a growing prospective client base.”
