New senior appointments for Apex

Apex Fund Services has appointed three new senior staff members from KPMG, State Street and J.P. Morgan.
Nitin Khanapurkar, who will be based in the firm’s London office, will be the new head of risk and compliance oversight. He joins from KPMG where he was a senior partner, and will relocate to London from the UAE.
Sonja-Maria Hilkhuijsen and Gareth Williams will join the company’s Luxembourg office as head of European compliance and data protection and managing director, respectively.
Hilkhuijsen joins from State Street in Luxembourg, where she was chief compliance officer, money laundering reporting officer, and data privacy officer.
Williams previously spent seven years as senior vice president at J.P. Morgan, and has also previously worked at State Street.
