Intertrust bolsters Jersey office

Fund services provider Intertrust has appointed four new directors to its Jersey office.
Alex Di Santo becomes director of funds, overseeing the administration of buyout, venture, debt and real estate structures.
With 12 years of experience in the offshore financial services industry, he brings particular expertise in the private equity fund sector.
Stephen Langan has been made director of the capital markets team, which provides administration, agency and ancillary services to vehicles established for debt capital markets and asset finance transactions.
Langan brings 15 years of experience in the offshore financial services industry, and will be responsible for driving growth in the business.
Roger Bolan has become a director within Intertrust’s Jersey private wealth team, while Shane Hugill is the new director of performance and reward management, covering share plans, pensions and deferred compensation plans.
