Alternative fund administrator Sanne Group has appointed Mark Law as managing director of its Asia Pacific and Mauritius business, based in Hong Kong.

Law joins from Deutsche Bank, where he led the custody, clearing fund administration and securities lending business for the Asia Pacific, overseeing 12 jurisdictions.

In his newly-created role at Sanne, he will focus on expanding alternative asset capabilities, working initiatives to develop Asia-specific services and bespoke client solutions.

Phil Godley, senior managing director at Sanne, said: “We are delighted to welcome Mark to the Sanne leadership team. With over 14 years of experience in the Asia-Pacific and Mauritius region, we will benefit from Mark Law’s industry knowledge and experience in the alternative asset space.”

“This will enable us to further enhance and strengthen Sanne’s reputation as a leading global provider of global administration services.”
