SANNE has promoted Sean Murray to managing director of alternative assets for its Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

Based in Luxembourg, Murray will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the EMEA alternative assets platform, which includes private equity, private debt and capital markets, real estate and hedge.

Murray joined SANNE from Orangefield in Luxembourg, where he served as managing director and a member of the global alternative investments management board.

Martin Schnaier, SANNE’s chief commercial officer, commented: “Now is a very exciting time for SANNE. We have experienced a number of years of strong growth and since listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2015, the EMEA region has continued to be a key focus for us and will remain so in future.”

“Adding someone of Sean Murray’s experience and capability to lead the EMEA Alternatives business demonstrates our strength in this region and furthers our position within the industry.”
