Deutsche Bank makes two new appointments

Deutsche Bank has appointed Jeslyn Tan as head of securities services global product management, and James Cox as Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) head of securities services, both with immediate effect.

Based in Singapore, Tan will report directly to Fiona Gallagher, managing director, global head of securities services and CCO for Ireland at Deutsche Bank.

Tan has over 24 years of industry experience and has been with Deutsche Bank since 1999.

Most recently, Tan was deputy head of SeS global product management and prior to this she held various roles in product development and product management.

Meanwhile, Cox will be based in London and he will also report to Gallagher.

Prior to Cox’s new appointment, he served as global COO for securities services.

Cox joined Deutsche Bank in 2001 and has held a number of leadership positions across global markets and Global Trust Bank.

To ensure a smooth transition, Cox will continue in the role as COO until a successor has been found, in addition to his new responsibilities.
