Jochen Meyers joins Universal-Investment

Universal-Investment has appointed Jochen Meyers as its new head of relationship management for institutional clients.
Meyers will report to Katja Mu?ller, member of the board of Universal-Investment and head of sales and relationship management.
Meyers has more than 20 years of industry experience. Prior to Universal-Investment, Meyers was managing director of the sales and relationship management team at Socie?te? Ge?ne?rale Securities Services in Frankfurt, where he was responsible for clients in Germany and Austria.
At Socie?te? Ge?ne?rale, Meyers was responsible for insourcing solutions for a broad client portfolio such as banks, insurance companies, asset managers and institutional investors.
Before Socie?te? Ge?ne?rale, Meyers served at BNP Paribas Securities Services and BNY Mellon, where he held various positions in sales and customer support for securities services as well as custody services.
Commenting on Meyers new role, Mu?ller said: "By 2023, we want to become the largest European fund service platform for all asset classes. Thanks to his wealth of experience and sales network, Jochen Meyers will help us to achieve our goals in the growing client segment of institutional investors.”
