Citi appoints new ASEAN head

Citi has appointed Hsiu-Yi Lin as Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) head of Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) in Asia.
Based in Singapore, Lin will lead the CCB business across ASEAN in addition to her current role as CCB head for Citi.
In this new role, Hsiu-Yi will be responsible for driving business strategy across ASEAN where
Citi banks multinational and local clients across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and
Indonesia.
Rajat Madhok, head of commercial banking for the Asia Pacific at CCB, said: “ASEAN represents a key opportunity for the commercial bank in the region, with growing cross-border flows. Hsiu-Yi Lin’s strong track record in managing various businesses across different markets means she is well placed to further grow our business in ASEAN.”
