Calastone appoints new chief financial officer

Calastone has appointed James Donaldson as CFO.
With the recent launch of Calastone’s blockchain-enabled distributed market infrastructure for funds, Donaldson will be responsible for developing the business.
Donaldson previously served as chief financial officer of the Soros-backed digital solutions provider Ciklum, where he was responsible for finance, corporate development, legal and compliance.
Prior to this, he worked for the Travelocity Group as global chief financial officer and also as COO for Europe and Asia.
