Eurex Clearing is in full compliance with the CPSS-IOSCO Principles for Financial Market Infrastructure, according to an updated compliance report.
The PFMI dictates global standards for how CCPs, trade repositories, central securities depositories and security settlement systems should run and be structured. It is being implemented across all jurisdictions that committed to the G20 post-crisis financial stability reforms.
The report covers all sources of risk, such as credit, liquidity, market and operational risk, and establishes that principles for default management, transparency, access and efficiency are being upheld.
The assessment was validated by external auditor KPMG.
