Delta Capita secure $150 million investment

Delta Capita has gained a major investment from Prytek Holdings, a Singapore based investment group with assets under management of over $300 million.

The UK-based consultancy and service provider secured a $50 million equity investment from Prytek, and access to more than $100 million of capital for future acquisitions and funding for client transactions.

Delta Capita says the investment enables it to further accelerate its climbing growth and enhance its services with a large variety of fintech offerings.

Commenting on the investment, Prytek’s managing partner, Andrey Yahsunky, said: “Delta Capita will now benefit from access to the 35 innovative technology companies across the Prytek Group.”

Following the investment, Delta Capita will become the financial services arm of Prytek, bringing a range of innovation and technology to its clients.

Delta Capita’s CEO Joe Channer, added: “Access to Prytek’s capital and growing portfolio, provides further leverage for Delta Capita."

“Delta Capita is actively in the market looking to deploy this capital under co-investment arrangements with clients to ‘carve out’ and commercialise non-core business functions.”
