IQ-EQ adds Crabtree to senior commercial leadership

IQ-EQ has appointed Emma Crabtree as group chief commercial officer to lead the investor services firm’s growth plans.

In her new role, Crabtree will be responsible for encouraging organic growth across the business, as well as leading the group’s commercial and segment strategy, growth plans, go-to-market approach, and unified commercial and sales culture.

Crabtree previously served as global head of sales, asset managers and alternatives at BNP Paribas Securities Services, where she worked with a team of sales and relationship management professionals to foster global sales opportunities across new and existing clients.

Commenting on the appointment, group CEO Mark Pesco says: “With a strong track record of delivering commercial value in the industry, Emma will be instrumental in delivering on our Vision 20 24 journey.

“Our decision to bring Emma into this vital role reflects the confidence we have in her capacity to deliver on our ambitious plans for the coming years.”

Crabtree adds: “I am thrilled to be joining IQ-EQ at what is an exciting time for the company. I am excited to build on this growth in 2022 and beyond.
