Saudi Tadawul Group has appointed Lee Hodgkinson as chief strategy officer.
Hodgkinson has worked in the finance industry for over 30 years, beginning his career at the London Stock Exchange in 1989.
Prior to joining Saudi Tadawul Group Hodgkinson was CEO of OSTC for four years. During his time with the firm, the educational business ZISHI Cornerstone was launched.
Hodgkinson has also been non-executive chairman of data and analytic company BMLL since 2019.
Commenting on his appointment via LinkedIn, Hodgkinson says: “This is a remarkable opportunity for me to help shape the future of a significant exchange group. Following a highly successful IPO, we now rank amongst the world’s Top 10 exchanges by market cap. In addition to driving our strategic growth agenda, one of my main goals is to help unlock the potential of our countless bright young employees.”
