Murex MX.3 connects to LSEG for real-time market data

Trading technology firm Murex has partnered with the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) to provide users with real-time market data access on the integrating MX.3 platform.

LSEG’s Real-Time – Optimized solution grants access to real time-market data from global exchanges and over-the-counter markets, available via cloud technology and deployed on Amazon Web Services.

MX.3 users will also have the option to use the Real-Time Managed Distribution Service, which deploys and manages infrastructure in the LSEG private cloud, or the Real-Time Distribution System, where infrastructure is deployed on-premises and managed by the client.

Alexandre Belingard, head of market data connectivity at Murex, says: “The ability to install MX.3 and plug it easily and quickly with the Real-Time – Optimized feed on the cloud enables clients to reallocate their resources in tasks that create added value and differentiation.”

Stuart Brown, group head of enterprise data solutions at LSEG, comments: “MX.3 is the key front-to-back-to-risk platform for many of our customers and we are now able to power this solution through our recent data innovations. This is another example of how an LSEG business is making real-time, historical and reference data access more open, accessible and efficient for the financial markets.”
