LJ Fiduciary and Alvarium Private Office (APO), AlTi Tiedemann Global’s fiduciary services business, is set to merge with the ZEDRA group. It will be rebranded in line with existing ZEDRA services.
The acquisition will allow ZEDRA to reinforce its active wealth and corporate services provisions, supporting its growth strategy in the active wealth, corporate and global expansion, fund solutions and pensions and incentives fields.
ZEDRA will welcome 59 LJ Fiduciary and APO employees across offices in the Isle of Man, Geneva and London.
