Clear Street launches corporate access capabilities

Clear Street has launched a corporate access offering, adding to its existing suite of services across brokerage, sales, trading and investment banking.

The new provision facilitates interactions between management teams and investors, with the goal of increasing buy-side engagement, assisting with investment decision-making and enhancing shareholder value.

Clients will gain access to comprehensive investor engagement throughout a firm’s lifecycle, Clear Street says, with the team providing tailored programmes in line with individual corporate requirements and management styles.

Qualitative feedback from these programmes will ensure continued investor dialogue, it adds, along with key market insights.

Kristina Leo, director of corporate access at Clear Street, says: “As a new firm with a diverse investor base, we can leverage relationships across sales, trading and investment banking to strategically allocate access without the pressure to focus solely on monetisation of the corporate access product.

“We are committed to facilitating interactions that are a value-add for management teams and exposing leadership to the investors they are not seeing on their schedules with other sell-side firms.”
