TMF Group has acquired Vasco Trustees, one of Australia’s largest fund services providers across domestic and international markets.
Through this acquisition, TMF Group says it will be offering end-to-end business support including tax and regulatory reporting, to its funds and other institutional clients — further strengthening its fund services capabilities.
