Apex Fund Services has completed implementation of Metrosoft's Fundsphere Compliance TA across its 33 offices.
Fundsphere, a transfer agency platform, promises enhanced operational efficiencies as well as real-time transfer agency transaction monitoring and entities screening against multiple sanction lists for its clients.
Sonja Maria Hilkhuijsen, global head of compliance at Apex Fund Services, said implementation of Fundsphere across the group will address its obligations under current and upcoming anti-money laundering requirements.
She said: “Fundsphere’s extensive range of tailor-made reports will be fully utilised to support our existing internal controls whilst also contributing to the oversight obligations of our clients. This scalable solution is a welcome addition to our internal infrastructure as we expand our service offering to further facilitate fund distribution for our global client base.”
