SS&C Technologies has announced a number of updates to SS&C Advent solutions. Those subject to updates include investment platform Advent Genesis, Advent Managed Services and portfolio management solution Geneva.
Advent Genesis’s enhancements include the integration of legacy positions and improved market data integration around portfolios’ performances. Clients will see greater control over desired exposures to their custom portfolios.
In terms of analytics, granular or aggregated performance data will be available to users, including exposure changes. This will allow clients to identify trends and outliers and find their sources, SS&C says.
Earlier developments of the platform allowed it to provide more transparent portfolios, business intelligence and customised portfolio capabilities. The solution can also reduce workflow durations by up to 90 per cent, the company claims.
Geneva will benefit from increased flexibility and security, while Advent Managed Services continues to expand its offerings, SS&C adds.
Commenting on the product updates, Karen Geiger, senior vice president and co-general manager of SS&C Advent, says: "Financial services is a highly sophisticated, ever-changing industry, so we remain agile and steadfast in our approach to strategic investments. We will continue innovating to bring new solutions and ideas to the market, looking to solve tomorrow's problems."
