Smart data and analytics solutions provider big xyt has released its Trade Verification Tool, allowing clients to verify suspicious trades while avoiding exposure to a fragmented market.

The product is able to verify price reversions and execution performance on any trade through the company’s pre-and post-trade execution analytics solution Open TCA.

Liquidity is measured both before and after the trade through metrics including mid-price movement, spread changes and volume changes. Through immediate visualisations and insights, users can therefore verify any trade of a security at any point in the process.

Robin Mess, CEO and co-founder of big xyt, says: “We’re always discovering opportunities and developing new solutions to help the community gain more transparency and better actionable insights to reduce their trading costs.

“[With the Trade Verification Tool,] investors can systematically process all orders and trades to find the most relevant information, quickly and easily, which helps with day-to-day trading decisions.”
