BNY Mellon enhances LiquidityDirect platform

BNY Mellon has launched a White Labeling service offering on its LiquidityDirect platform, providing financial institutions with a liquidity management solution for their end clients.

Through the service, financial institutions offering short-term investments can leverage LiquidityDirect’s technology and services to provide a single sign-on user experience for their clients.

Currently, LiquidityDirect supports approximately US $15 trillion in annual transaction flow. Working with more than 6000 institutional investors globally, the platform offers solutions for varied investment and risk criteria.

Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) is the first to use the service. Fred McMullen, co-head of global liquidity at the firm, says: "The strategic collaboration between BNY Mellon and MSIM is designed to deliver a highly differentiated combination of technology, connectivity, and dedicated client service to treasury groups globally.

“This will allow us to increase the depth of our platform technology solutions and widen the reach of our offering to our client base."

George Maganas, head of global liquidity services at BNY Mellon, comments: "In launching our White Labeling offering, we are broadening access to the LiquidityDirect platform for financial institutions, enabling them to create an end-to-end, holistic user experience for their clients.”
