Strate has welcomed Perpetua Investment Managers to its e-Voting platform.
Perpetua is now live to process voting instructions via Strate’s fully digital solution.
The e-Voting platform aims to connect issuers and investors throughout the proxy voting lifecycle, increasing transparency and efficiencies across the value chain.
It enables real-time voting from any location, and offers the ability for voters to change their vote at any time before meeting close.
It also allows voters to direct questions directly to the meeting chairperson, with no manual intervention at any stage in the value chain.
