Fairsure joins Strate’s e-Voting platform

Fairsure has joined Strate’s e-voting platform and is now live to process voting instructions via the fully digital solution.
The e-voting service, fully integrated with Strate’s CSD platform, enables digital shareholder meetings for South African and foreign-incorporated companies.
Dean Howburg, operations officer at Fairsure, says: “Our experience with the e-Voting team since the initial demo has been fantastic. The journey from start to finish was exceptional. The team was always available to address any concerns to ensure we stayed on track with outstanding items.”
