XSP has been named Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for the fifth consecutive year. XSP attained the Microsoft Independent Software Vendor (ISV)/Software competency in recognition of its dynamic use and quick adoption of the latest technology.

The XSP v5 platform is XSP’s state-of-the-art solution developed to automate each step in the processing of global Corporate Actions. A Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, XSP re-engineered its platform using advanced Microsoft technologies. The XSP v5 platform is built around a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), utilizing Microsoft .NET components and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Web Services for global enterprise-wide processing. Accredited with the SWIFTReady label, the XSP v5 platform is SWIFT 15022 compliant and combines cutting-edge technology with feature-rich functionality to mitigate operational risks and costs for end-to-end straight-through processing (STP).

“XSP’s Microsoft Gold Certified Partner renewal further emphasizes our commitment to the financial industry,” said Dan Retzer, managing director and Chief Technology Officer at XSP. “Microsoft continues to refine the requirements for its partnership levels, and this year’s ISV Gold Partner requirements are extremely rigorous and stringent, exposing products such as the XSP platform to a high degree of scrutiny with respect to both customer satisfaction and technical mastery. XSP, as a Gold ISV partner, is granted access to a sophisticated range of resources that includes technical and advisory support, immediate access to software as well as business and technical training for our employees. These resources give us a competitive advantage, which in turn benefits our global clients and partners. Microsoft’s support enables us to focus on innovation and superior customer service while delivering the industry’s leading global Corporate Actions processing solution. It is our investment in technology that helps us to further advance our solution offerings for the financial community to meet the ever-changing requirements. We are excited to embark on this year’s initiatives with a world-leading technology partner like Microsoft.”

Joseph Pagano, managing director, Banking and Capital Markets, Worldwide Financial Services, Microsoft Corp., said, “Achieving Gold status is not an easy task. It takes a high level of expertise and a broad range of experience to deliver a solution that embraces Microsoft enterprise products seamlessly. Innovative technology such as XSP’s v5 platform is driving global market adoption and XSP is building its engine with Microsoft at its core. We look forward to continuing to work with XSP to develop cutting-edge solutions that lower costs and minimize risks in Corporate Actions processing based on the needs of our Capital Markets industry customers.”
