Apex Fund Services has signed a ten-year licence to use Riva’s Transfer Agent (Riva TA) global transfer agency software solution.
Riva’s solution is designed to provide access to a fast time-to-market administrative solution for both new and existing retail markets.
The launch is intended to complement Apex’s ‘global reach, local presence’ service strategy, and to support Apex’s growth over the next ten years.
Ghassan Hakim, CEO of Riva Financial Systems, said: “We are delighted to announce that Apex Fund Services has chosen to licence our Riva TA application and, as with all our clients, we look forward to developing a productive relationship between our organisations.”
“As an independent fund administrator with significant global reach, Apex now has the ability to administer retail scale domestic and international products on a single global platform provides the opportunity to maximise operational efficiencies and take full advantage of new business opportunities.”
Apex currently has approximately $40 billion in assets under administration in 26 countries around the world.
