Fidelity ActionsXchange and Eagle Investment Systems have paired up to provide a corporate actions workflow solution.
Eagle Investment Systems, a financial services technology provider and subsidiary of BNY Mellon, will combine the technology of its accounting platform with the automated notifications and response systems of ActionsXchange, delivering corporate actions information.
The end-to-end corporate actions workflow management platform is designed to allow Eagle Investment Systems clients to use an automated and more accurate workflow when processing corporate actions events
Will Dolan, head of Fidelity ActionsXchange, said: “The formation of a strategic relationship with Eagle Investment Systems allows us to offer Eagle clients a timely system for accessing and responding to data which has achieved ‘golden copy’ status.”
Mal Cullen, CEO of Eagle Investment Systems, added: “This new collaboration allows us to refer our accounting clients to Fidelity ActionsXchange for the tools that can automate the manual processes they once had in place to review corporate actions data.”
He said: “This new process not only speeds up this time-sensitive process, it also helps mitigate risk for our clients.”
