Financial close solutions provider Trintech has acquired Fiserv’s Frontier Reconciliation and Accurate Reconciliation business in North America and EMEA. The acquisition of the solutions allows Trintech to expand the range of services it offers to clients, with further technical support provided by the Fiserv team. As part of the agreement, Trintech will expand its global presence, and will grant clients access to products and solutions across US and international markets.
