Wolters Kluwer launches Cap DATA NOW
Wolters Kluwer has launched their Cap DATA NOW solution, an extension to the company’s capital changes functionality, specifically aimed at accommodating the shortened T+1 settlement cycle. The solution aims to facilitate straight-through processing of securities trades by automating the complete lifecycle of essential corporate action tax details.
