Jaco van Gass MBE
Jaco van Gass MBE was born and raised in South Africa and came to the UK at the age of 20 to join the British Military. Jaco served in the Parachute Regiment and in his second tour to Afghanistan, he was hit by a Rocket Propelled Grenade which severed his left arm and caused a number of other injuries.
After an intense recovery, he went on to trek to the North Pole and summit a number of the world’s highest mountains. He ran multiple marathons and in 2014 became a Para-Cyclist with Team GB. Jaco is now a four time Paralympic Champion, eleven time World Champion and 3 time World Record holder in cycling. He’s overcome many challenges and shares his incredible story of resilience and success in the face of adversity.

Neil Griffiths is a corporate events specialist, with 23 years’ experience designing, delivering, fronting and MC’ing just about every form of teambuilding activity, hospitality and entertainment known to the human race (!) with presenter roles ranging from activity facilitator to conference moderator; and from Awards MC to gameshow/quiz host.
